• Oversaw funding of a $1.8 million budget, 87% of which came from grants, corporate partnerships, and individual donations
• Developed, designed, and managed Nuzzles’ first-ever recurring donor campaign – The Love Collective
• Rebuilt grants program to bring in an additional $200,000 in 2021 FY
• Facilitated 3 new corporate partnerships with Tito’s Vodka, Backcountry, and Wolfgang Man & Beast
• Coordinated El Sistema after school music program, with a record 96 K-6 children in 2019
• Adapted program to be fully online due to COVID 19 shutdown
• Facilitated a 4-week virtual summer camp across 4 time zones in partnership with El Sistema Programs in Los Angeles, CA; St. Paul, MN; and Stamford, CT
• Collaborated with El Sistema teachers to develop an entirely new online curriculum for the 2020/2021 school year
• Managed grants program totaling $2 million of a $4 million budget from 2017-2019
• Assisted in the coordination of the 2018 Annual Gala featuring the first tour of Hamilton
• Collaborated with PTC Company Manager to develop the FirstStage educational outreach program in partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salt Lake
